Clos du Cèdre
Located in a magnificent 19th century winegrower's house, adjacent to the Hostellerie, our gastronomic restaurant welcomes you in a suite of characterful lounges with woodwork, moldings and period parquet or on its beautiful terrace nestled in the greenery.
Awarded a Michelin star in March 2022, Clos du Cèdre honors local producers and offers a menu that changes with the seasons to allow gourmets to discover the secrets and delights of local gastronomy. The chef, Jordan Billan, and his passionate brigade will surprise you with an inventive and fragrant cuisine, sublimated by a wine list of more than 600 references among which Burgundy wines occupy a prominent place.
Hostellerie La Briqueterie - Champagne
Located in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, just a stone's throw from Epernay, Hostellerie La Briqueterie opened its doors in 1973. Taken over in 2004, this charming residence became a Relais & Châteaux reference, and in 2012 was awarded its 5-star rating.
Set in nearly 4 hectares of parkland, the hotel, which currently boasts 40 rooms and suites, a gourmet restaurant and a spa, will undergo a vast renovation project in the first quarter of 2024. In particular, the accommodation, dining and wellness offers will be revamped to position this legendary address as a destination in its own right.
