After working in renowned establishments around the world, Lucie Brindjonca joined BEAUVALLON to share her vision of the ideal hotel with her teams. Together with Amaury, they have succeeded in creating a management style in which employees flourish and develop with complete autonomy, where transparency is the order of the day, and where everyone can get involved. It's an approach that blows the industry's preconceptions out of the water. As a result, genuine talents have emerged, such as Jordan Billan, in whom Beauvallon has placed its trust, and who has become chef of the Cèdre restaurant. Before the age of thirty, he and his team earned their first Michelin star thanks to their fervor and culinary creations.
