Michelin Guide: Two new stars in Côte-d'Or
Two Côte-d'Or establishments make their appearance in the famous Michelin Guide: the Origine restaurant in Dijon and the Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa in Beaune. The number of Michelin-starred restaurants in the department now stands at 16.
"On Tuesday afternoon, the Michelin Guide presented its 2022 edition in Cognac (Charente). The new list is synonymous with good news for the Côte-d'Or: two local establishments are making their appearance in the famous red guide. The Origine restaurant by Tomofumi Uchimura, located on Place Wilson in Dijon, and the Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa, located at 10, boulevard Maréchal-Foch in Beaune, and its chef Jordan Billan, have both been awarded their first star. They are the only new starred restaurants in the region."
