Two establishments in Côte d'Ivoire appear in the famous Michelin Guide: the Origine restaurant in Dijon and the Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa in Beaune. The number of Michelin-starred students is now 16 in the department.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Michelin Guide presented its 2022 edition in Cognac (Charente). A new ranking synonymous with good news for the Côte-d'Or: two local establishments appear in the famous red guide. The restaurant Origine by Tomofumi Uchimura, located on Place Wilson in Dijon, and the Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa, located at 10, Boulevard Maréchal-Foch in Beaune, and its chef Jordan Billan have indeed won their first star. They are the only new stars in the region.”
